Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Angelic Oracle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of the Service

Angelic Oracle provides oracle card readings for entertainment and inspirational purposes only. Readings are generated through a randomised process and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on a reading.

3. Blockchain Transactions

Paid readings require a transfer of Angelic Oracle Coin (AOC), a Solana SPL token. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. We cannot refund AOC once a transaction has been confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient AOC and SOL (for transaction fees) before initiating a paid reading.

4. Wallet & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We never ask for, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Loss of wallet access means loss of any associated tokens; we cannot recover them on your behalf.

5. NFT Holder Benefits

Holding a verified Angelic Oracle NFT grants unlimited free readings for the duration of holding. Benefits are tied to the NFT and are non-transferable separately from the NFT itself. We reserve the right to modify holder benefits with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use automated tools to abuse the free reading system
• Misrepresent readings as professional advice to third parties for commercial gain
• Use the App in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

7. Intellectual Property

All card artwork, descriptions, and App content are the property of Angelic Oracle and its creators. NFT holders receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to display their purchased card artwork for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angelic Oracle and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of tokens due to wallet issues, network failures, or smart contract bugs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
