Terms of Service

By accessing or using Angelic Oracle ("the platform", "we", "us"), operated by Soul Tribe AI, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Angelic Oracle is a spiritual reflection and entertainment platform. It offers two types of guidance:

• AI readings — Oracle card readings and astrological interpretations generated by Claude (Anthropic), intended for personal reflection, entertainment, and spiritual exploration only.
• Human reader sessions — 1:1 video or messaging sessions booked with independent spiritual readers listed on our marketplace.

Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, psychological, or relationship advice. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on content generated by this platform. Always consult qualified professionals for matters that require expert guidance.

Astrological and oracle readings are a form of spiritual reflection. Results are subjective and interpretive. We make no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

To purchase AOC tokens or use any cryptocurrency-related features, you must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency products may not be available in all regions.

To apply as a reader on the marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age.

You may register using an email address or a compatible Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to data retention obligations.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Single readings and AOC spends

Single-reading purchases and AOC token spends are non-refundable once the reading has been generated. If a technical issue prevents a completed reading from being delivered, please contact us at kylesuhan@soultribeai.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Digital goods (lessons & eBooks)

Video lessons and eBooks sold by readers are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where the content is materially different from its description or cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our part.

Gift readings

Gift reading codes are non-refundable once the email has been sent to the recipient. Codes do not expire.

Payment processing

All fiat payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Booking sessions

When you book a session with a human reader, you are entering into a direct service arrangement with that reader. Angelic Oracle acts as the marketplace facilitator and payment processor, not as a party to the reading session itself.

Cancellation policy — users

You may cancel a confirmed booking and receive a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Cancellation by readers

If a reader cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing. We will notify you by email as soon as possible.

No-shows

If a reader fails to attend a session without prior cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund. If you fail to attend without cancelling within the permitted window, the booking is forfeited and no refund is issued.

Session bundles

Session bundles must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions in a bundle are non-refundable after 12 months. If a reader leaves the platform with unused bundle sessions remaining, we will offer a full refund for those sessions.

Disputes between users and readers

If you have a dispute arising from a session, please contact us at kylesuhan@soultribeai.com within 7 days of the session. We will review the matter in good faith and may facilitate a refund at our discretion. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any session conducted by an independent reader.

Angelic Oracle Coin (AOC) is a utility token on the Solana blockchain used solely to access additional readings and features on the platform. AOC is not an investment product. We make no representations about its market value, liquidity, or future price. The value of AOC may fluctuate and you may receive less than you paid if you choose to sell.

AOC is not required to use the platform. All core spiritual features are accessible via email registration at no cost.

Purchasing, holding, or using AOC may be subject to regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws before acquiring or using cryptocurrency tokens. We do not provide tax or legal advice regarding token usage.

AI readings on this platform are generated by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic. Content is generated dynamically and will differ between sessions. We do not manually review or curate individual AI readings.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgement when reflecting on any interpretation provided.

Your reading questions, card selections, and optional astrological data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your interpretation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is handled.

These terms apply to individuals who apply to and operate as readers on the Angelic Oracle marketplace.

Independent contractor status

Readers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Angelic Oracle. You are responsible for your own tax obligations, compliance with applicable laws, and the quality of the services you provide.

Application and approval

Applying to become a reader does not guarantee approval. We review all applications and reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Application data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Platform commission

Angelic Oracle retains a platform commission on all paid bookings, lesson sales, and eBook sales processed through the platform. The commission rate is displayed in your reader dashboard and is currently 15%of the gross transaction value. We reserve the right to update this rate with 30 days' notice.

Payouts

Earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect to your connected bank account or debit card. Payouts are processed by platform administrators and are subject to a minimum threshold. You are responsible for completing Stripe onboarding before receiving payments.

Conduct standards

As a reader you agree to:

• Represent your skills, experience, and credentials honestly in your profile
• Attend all confirmed bookings on time or cancel with reasonable advance notice
• Maintain a professional and respectful manner with all clients
• Not solicit clients to pay you outside of the Angelic Oracle platform
• Not provide advice that substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional services
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the provision of spiritual or wellness services

Content standards

Blog posts, video lessons, and eBooks you publish must:

• Be original work you own or have the right to publish
• Not contain false, misleading, or harmful claims
• Not contain explicit sexual content, hate speech, or material that targets or harms others
• Not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

All blog posts are subject to admin review before publication. We reserve the right to decline or remove any content that violates these standards, without prior notice.

Reader account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove a reader from the platform at any time if they violate these terms, receive repeated complaints from clients, or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to users or the platform. In the event of termination:

• Existing confirmed bookings will be cancelled and clients fully refunded
• Any outstanding earnings for completed sessions will be paid out
• Published content will be unpublished and removed

Users may submit ratings and written reviews of readers after completing a session. Reviews must be honest, based on your genuine experience, and must not contain personal attacks, hate speech, or false statements of fact.

Readers may flag reviews for administrative review if they believe a review violates these standards. We will review flagged content and may remove reviews that are clearly abusive or fraudulent. We are under no obligation to remove negative reviews that represent a genuine user experience.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy platform content at scale
• Use automated tools to generate readings in bulk
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or readers
• Solicit or accept payments from readers or users outside of the platform to circumvent marketplace fees

We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

All platform content — including the card deck artwork, interface design, written copy, and brand assets — is owned by Soul Tribe AI, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

AI readings generated for you are yours to keep for personal use. You may share screenshots or quotes for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Content published by readers (blog posts, lessons, eBooks) remains the intellectual property of the reader. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Angelic Oracle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials.

Participants in the Angelic Oracle affiliate programme earn commission on referred purchases in accordance with the commission rate agreed at the time of approval. Commission rates may be updated with 30 days' notice. Commissions are forfeited if an account is found to have engaged in fraudulent referral activity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate programme at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic Oracle and Soul Tribe AI, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated readings or human reader sessions, token price fluctuations, service interruptions, or the conduct of independent readers.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of sessions provided by independent readers. Disputes with readers should be directed to us as described in Section 6.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend services without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be handled in good faith. For formal dispute resolution, please contact us first at the address below before initiating any legal proceeding.
