Angelic Oracle ("we", "us", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Because the App operates on a public blockchain, some data is inherently public by nature.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet address

When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is recorded. This is a public blockchain identifier — it is not personally identifiable on its own.

Email address (optional)

If you choose to provide an email address for access or notifications, we store it in our database (Supabase). You are never required to provide an email to use the App.

Reading data

Your oracle readings — including the cards drawn, your question, reading type, and transaction signature for paid readings — are stored in our database linked to your wallet address.

On-chain data

AOC token transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are permanently public. We have no control over blockchain data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalise your oracle reading experience
  • To enforce daily free reading limits
  • To verify NFT holder status for unlimited reading access
  • To send reading reminders or updates if you opted in with your email
  • To maintain a history of your readings accessible from your profile

4. Data Storage

Off-chain data (wallet addresses, email, reading history) is stored in Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (e.g. Supabase, Helius RPC) strictly to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

The App uses browser local storage to cache reading state and daily limit tracking as a fallback when the database is unavailable. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your off-chain data (note: on-chain data cannot be deleted)
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us for removal.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
