How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Profile page and click 'Manage Subscription' — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

I didn't receive my reading / the interpretation didn't load.

If a paid reading failed to generate, please email us at kylesuhan@soultribeai.com with your account email and the approximate time of the issue. We'll review and resolve it promptly.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from the Profile page. This removes all personal data including your reading history, birth chart, and journal entries. Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. On-chain AOC transactions are permanent by nature of the blockchain.

How do I book a session with a human reader?

Go to the Readers page, choose a reader whose style resonates with you, select an available time slot, and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details.

Can I cancel a booked session and get a refund?

Yes — if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. To cancel, email kylesuhan@soultribeai.com with your booking details.

What happens if a reader cancels my session?

If a reader cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund regardless of timing. We'll notify you by email as soon as possible.

What if a reader doesn't show up?

If a reader fails to attend a session without prior cancellation, you're entitled to a full refund. Contact us at kylesuhan@soultribeai.com within 7 days of the missed session.

I have a dispute with a reader — what should I do?

Email kylesuhan@soultribeai.com within 7 days of the session describing the issue. We'll review it in good faith and may facilitate a refund at our discretion. Readers on the platform agree to conduct standards and we take quality concerns seriously.

How do session bundles work?

Session bundles let you pre-purchase multiple sessions with a reader at a bundled rate. Unused sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. If a reader leaves the platform before you've used all sessions in a bundle, we'll issue a full refund for the unused sessions.

How do gift readings work?

Purchase a gift reading on the Gift page and enter the recipient's email. They'll receive a code to redeem a session with the reader you've chosen. Gift codes do not expire and are non-refundable once the email has been sent.

Can I get a refund on a lesson or eBook I purchased?

Video lessons and eBooks are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final once access has been granted, except where the content is materially different from its description or cannot be accessed due to a fault on our part. Contact us if you believe either of those applies.

How do I apply to become a reader on the marketplace?

Visit the Readers → Apply page and submit your application. We review all applications and will contact you by email with the outcome. Approval is not guaranteed. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

How does reader payout work?

Readers receive earnings via Stripe Connect. We retain a 15% platform commission on all paid bookings, lesson sales, and eBook sales. You'll need to complete Stripe onboarding before payouts can be processed. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold.

How does the affiliate programme work?

Approved affiliates earn commission on purchases referred through their unique link. Apply on the Affiliate page — once approved you'll get a dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and earnings. Commission rates are confirmed at the time of approval.

I have a privacy or data request.

Please email kylesuhan@soultribeai.com with the subject 'Data Request'. We'll respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA) as required. You can also delete your account directly from your Profile page at any time.

I've found a bug or security issue.

Please report bugs or security concerns to kylesuhan@soultribeai.com. For security issues, please describe the issue without publicly disclosing it until we've had a chance to address it.
